United Kingdom
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over £50. Orders under £50 are charged a flat rate of £4.95.
Delivery time: 2–4 working days
International Shipping
We currently ship to most countries in Europe and select international destinations.
Delivery time: 5–12 working days (depending on location)
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Subscriptions: Your orders will be automatically shipped according to your chosen frequency. You can manage, pause, or skip deliveries from your account at any time.
Returns & Refunds
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with The Foundation, you may return unopened bottles within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund.
How to Return an Item
- Contact us at hello@brittanicax.co.uk to request a return.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Send it back to the address we provide.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process your refund.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened products.
